Limited Warranty Coverage:
Container Quality: SLI Containers warrants that your container will be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of delivery.
Customization Work: We provide a warranty on the quality of customization services performed by our team. This includes modifications such as insulation, flooring, electrical work, and structural alterations.
Warranty Period:
Container Sales and Rentals: New and certified-used containers purchased from SLI Containers are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 12 Months from the date of delivery.
Customization Services: Customization services are covered by a limited warranty for a period of 6 Months from the date of completion.
Warranty Exclusions:
This warranty does not cover the following:
Normal Wear and Tear: Regular wear and tear associated with the use of containers is not covered by this warranty.
Misuse or Neglect: Damage resulting from misuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or unauthorized modifications is not covered.
Acts of Nature: Damage caused by natural disasters, extreme weather conditions, or other acts of nature is not covered.

Assessment: Our team will assess the reported issue and determine whether it is covered under our warranty policy.
